Alexander Stokas

Alex Stokas has been SVP, Strategy and Governance for Foodbuy LLC since 2024. Alex oversees risk management as well as technical and legal partnerships.

Before moving into this role, Alex served as VP, Managing Legal Council for Foodbuy, providing legal solutions with a focus on business transactions, corporate governance, risk mitigation, procurement, litigation, compliance, and commercial contracts.

Alex has over two decades of experience counseling businesses operating in the areas of foodservice, hospitality, healthcare, group purchasing, and distribution. He has a bachelor’s degree from SUNY Geneseo and a Law degree from Albany Law School.
