Mark O’Callaghan

SVP of Category Development, Front-of-House

Mark O’Callaghan is Vice President of Sourcing. He has served in this role since 2015. He is responsible for $13B of the external expenditure across food, beverage and service areas of the organization. He leads a team of procurement professionals to serve the purchasing and supply chain needs of thousands of customers across the business, in support of Foodbuy’s mission to create a culture of cost management while delivering savings to ensure ongoing competitiveness. As Vice President, Mark provides analysis on sourcing strategy, contract structure and negotiations, evaluation and selection of suppliers, vendor management, risk management and delivery using single, multiple, domestic or global providers. He manages toward an emphasis on ensuring continued and increased benefit delivery by suppliers through a strategy built around three key focus areas: delivering competitive advantage, excellence in execution and people. Prior to his current role, Mark was the Vice President of Category Development at Foodbuy for three years, building a talented team and leading a transformation program that implemented a new operating model, delivering significant value to our partners and Foodbuy. Mark historically held management roles at Magna International Inc., Intier Automotive and Ford Motor Company. Mark is married with two children.
