Mark O’Callaghan
Mark O’Callaghan is the Senior Vice President of Front-of-House and Retail Growth at Foodbuy LLC, where he oversees $6 billion in external spend across retail snacks, beverages, and related services. Mark’s responsibilities include driving strategic procurement across these categories, as well as overseeing marketing, merchandising, and promotional activations to maximize customer engagement and revenue growth.
In this role, Mark leads a team of procurement professionals committed to fulfilling Foodbuy’s mission of cost efficiency and value creation. His expertise spans strategic sourcing, contract development, supplier negotiations, and vendor management, with a sharp focus on risk management and efficient delivery through both domestic and global providers. His strategy is guided by three core principles: achieving competitive advantage, operational excellence, and empowering his team.
Prior to this, Mark served as Vice President of Category Development at Foodbuy, where he led a transformation program that introduced a new operating model, significantly increasing value to partners and clients. His previous experience includes management roles at Magna International Inc., Intier Automotive, and Ford Motor Company.
