Sara Trivett

Sara Trivett is SVP of Category Development for back of house categories.  With 20 years of purchasing and category development experience, Sara represents the team responsible for category strategy, contract and supplier management, pricing, forecasting, customer contract utilization, Compass culinary implementation and supplier diversity. Sara joined Foodbuy in 2012 as a Category Development Manager and has partnered with our suppliers and customers to deliver continuous growth, taking on roles with increasing responsibility over time. 

Prior to joining Foodbuy, Sara was in retail buying for Total Wine and Bon-Ton Stores. Sara is a graduate of Rutgers University and enjoys life in Charlotte with her husband and two sons.
