With more than 17 years of industry experience, Forsythe leads direct grower-shipper programs across fresh produce commodities, helping build strategic relationships between growers, shippers and regional distributors. Her work focuses on strengthening supply continuity and creating long-term value in a produce market where weather, labor, trade and other disruptions can quickly impact availability.
