John Henriksen is the Senior Vice President of Foodbuy Projects and joined Foodbuy in 2017.  John transitioned into Foodbuy after having joined Compass Group in 2012.  As VP of Foodbuy Projects, he is responsible for large scale change initiatives in Foodbuy including process improvement, acquisitions and integrations, technology implementations, and business improvement.  He also has product ownership for MenuWorks, Compass Group’s proprietary menu engineering solution.

Prior to joining Compass Group and Foodbuy, John was a management consultant with a big 5 accounting firm. There he specialized in software selection, systems implementation, and change management.  He holds a finance degree and Masters of Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.  John is married with a son and resides in Belmont, NC.
