Rob is a seasoned professional in procurement and supply chain management, boasting an extensive career that spans both European and North American markets. With roots in the tile and ceramics industry in Stoke-on-Trent, England, Rob has honed his expertise through key roles at Johnson Tiles, as well as Wedgwood, Royal Doulton & Waterford Crystal. His journey in procurement commenced in Product Sourcing, evolving into various procurement and supply chain capacities.

In 2013, Rob transitioned to Compass Group UK & Ireland, where he distinguished himself by excelling in both Sourcing and Category Management. Following five successful years in the UK & Ireland, Rob embarked on a new chapter with Compass Group Canada in Toronto, Ontario, assuming the position of Director, Category Development for all SES categories.

Rob’s commitment to excellence and results-driven approach led him to Charlotte, NC, in early 2019. There, he headed up teams in both Category Development and Account Management. In December 2023, Rob embraced a new challenge, taking on the role of Senior Vice President (SVP) of Sourcing.

Residing in Charlotte, NC, Rob lives with his husband, Ryan, and their two dogs. Rob is a passionate sports enthusiast. He remains an avid supporter of his local soccer team, Stoke City, maintaining a connection to his English roots. Additionally, he actively cheers for Charlotte FC, embracing his new home’s sporting culture. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling and exploring new and exciting cuisine.
