Assistant General Counsel
The Finance team at Foodbuy oversees the strategic planning and budgeting processes, produces reporting and analysis, and manages the working capital and cash flows of the business.
Operations is the data management arm for Foodbuy. It is responsible for acquiring, processing, analyzing, and validating our transactional and master data. The key departmental functions include data acquisition, catalog / contract management, quality control, and systems training.
The Foodbuy Marketing team develops and implements the brand management and marketing strategy for the company. Our team spans all our members across every channel (Healthcare, Education, Foodservice/Restaurant, Hospitality/Leisure, and all of Compass Group) and provides communications, promotions, digital media, event marketing and additional support to help members maximize their Foodbuy partnership. Additionally we develop materials to help new members and suppliers understand the power of the Foodbuy network and our potential in working together.
Member Growth & Development
Member Growth & Development helps organizations that operate their own food service operations reduce costs in their supply chain while improving the quality of their products and services as well as their satisfaction with our partnership. Member Development guides our customers to utilize our highly-competitive contract portfolio, procurement technologies and culinary support to achieve procurement efficiencies and price savings. By constantly listening to the feedback of our customers, we ensure that the transparency, flexibility, and support we offer in our customer relationships leads to overwhelming satisfaction and growth.
Distribution + Compliance
Distribution brings the right products to our customers through a multitude of offerings within contract management, including business planning, payment terms management, reporting and delivery metrics, distributor revenue, DPL programs, and IBS. The Compliance Team ensures that customers and distributors optimize savings and efficiencies through Order Guide Management as well as many other value-added services.
The Foodbuy Business Development team is responsible for the acquisition of new members across Hospitality and Leisure, Healthcare and Education as well as Restaurants. We create a winning partnerships that ultimately deliver enhanced economics to client’s bottom lines. Our consultative approach facilitates a professional experience by moving clients through sequential stages of awareness, education, and interest that is built on the pillar of trust.
Category Development has the expertise to match customer needs with supplier opportunities. We manage supplier partnerships, including value creation, cost mitigation, planning, and performance management. We study trends and complex category dynamics to ensure your business has the right product for the right purpose at the right price.
The Foodbuy Sourcing team actively negotiates with suppliers to provide unparalleled value to our members. We work to ensure our suppliers not only provide the best value, but also meet strict standards related to quality assurance, food safety and insurance. Utilizing the latest in technology, the sourcing team leverages intuitive data to deliver results for our members.
Human Resources is responsible for overseeing the best in class candidate and associate experience. The Foodbuy Projects teams is our internal project management team responsible for managing large scale change initiatives to support the organization. Projects include business acquisition and integration, systems development, business process mapping and reengineering, business implementation, and operational efficiencies. The projects teams is also the product owner for Webtrition which is the industry leading menu management solution in use for Compass Group and Foodbuy members.
